Processing Time

All of our pieces are custom made with love just for you

Because each necklace and pair of earrings is personalized, please allow up to 14 business days for processing before your order ships.

Processing time includes:

Creating your custom piece

Quality checking

Packaging your order

Please note: Processing time does not include shipping time.

During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take the full 14 business days.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated shipping times:

Standard U.S. Shipping: 3-7 business days

Express Shipping (if selected): 1-3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Preorders

All items are sold as preorders unless otherwise stated. This allows us to maintain quality. minimize waste, and give each order the attention it deserves.

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship together once all pieces are completed.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contactgemandglow@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package is handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost. or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
