personalized specifically for you, we maintain a strict final sale policy.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

Custom & Personalized Items - Final Sale

All custom and personalized jewelry is final sale.

We do not offer:

Refunds

Returns

Exchanges

Cancellations once production has started

This includes all items customized with names, initials, or special details.

Please carefully review spelling, sizing, and order information before completing your purchase. Gem
& Glow is not responsible for errors entered by the customer.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once production begins, your order cannot be changed or canceled under any circumstances. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will replace an item if:

You received the wrong item

Your item arrived damaged

To qualify:

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery

Provide clear photo proof

Include your order number

If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued for custom
items

Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for:

Shipping carrier delays

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Once tracking confirms delivery, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

You are the authorized cardholder

You approve this transaction

You understand custom items are final sale

If a chargeback or dispute is initiated for a valid custom order, we will provide:

Order confirmation records

IP address and device verification

Payment authorization confirmation

Shipping and delivery confirmation

Filing a chargeback for a legitimate  custom order may be considered fraudulent  activity.

Gem & Glow reserves the right to:

Dispute all chargebacks

Ban customers from future purchases

Pursue recovery of funds when necessary
