All orders placed with Gem and Glow are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to the personalized nature of our products.

💎 Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? No worries, bestie!

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be canceled since it is a custom-made item.

💌 Damaged Items

We carefully inspect every piece before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  
• Please include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  
• Once approved, we will send a replacement of the same item
  

We do not offer refunds for damaged items — replacements only.
